Our in-house produce processing facility, Christine’s Cuts, we got you covered.  We distribute our fresh arrivals 6 days a week to restaurants, hotels, country clubs, schools and institutions throughout Ohio, Central Pennsylvania, and Northern West Virginia. Essential Functions:

  • Process orders and credits, producing and reconciling delivery documents, and service performance tracking.
  • Track delivery drivers and collect ETA information and other route-specific information to communicate with customers and the internal team.
  • Accurately maintain required data entry related to transportation processes daily.
  • Create and administer gone gills and RMA’s as needed.
  • Communicate changes in day-to-day activities regarding pick-up dispatch, will calls, run back coverage, backhaul, route delays, and quality concerns internally as applicable.
  • Process customer pick-up, will calls, and employee purchases.
  • Responsible for handling cash and checks payments collected.
  • High degree of comfort with technology. We must be able to quickly navigate enterprise systems and communicate effectively via email.

  • Dispatchers ensure our routes are accurately and completely shipped via cross-checking paperwork
  • Accurately dispatch drivers from the distribution facility with the equipment they need to service the customer
  • The dispatcher is the primary point of contact for our drivers while they are out on their routes
  • Use of dimensional thinking skills; able to multi-task and problem-solve as an integrated member of the shipping office; ability to troubleshoot problems on the fly and effectively manage tasks in a high-pressure environment 

Physical Demands:

  • Stand or walk for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Schedule:

  • 1st shift Monday thru Saturday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Compensation:

  • $15.00/hour
