Our in house produce processing facility, Christine’s Cuts, we got you covered.  We distribute our fresh arrivals 6 days a week to restaurants, hotels, country clubs, schools and institutions throughout Ohio, Central Pennsylvania and Northern West Virginia. Essential Functions:

  • Operate a high-reach forklift to replenish products throughout the warehouse
  • Move product from reserve storage locations to designated picking locations
  • Safely maneuver a high-reach forklift in warehouse aisles and storage areas
  • Operate an RF scanner to verify product numbers, quantities, pallet locations, and warehouse transactions
  • Maintain equipment and report any maintenance or safety concerns
  • Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory activities
  • Maintain accurate product placement and inventory organization
  • Comply with all applicable company policies, procedures, OSHA and Food Safety regulations
  • Keep warehouse clean from debris and organized
  • Follow all handling and reporting procedures for allergens
  • Efficiently handle products with proper care to prevent damage and waste
  • Accurately and safely operate warehouse equipment and processes related to packaging products
  • Participate in maintaining a safe work environment, always using safe lifting, pushing, pulling, and reaching practices and following safety procedures
  • Use, clean, and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and keep work and storage areas orderly to ensure compliance with company sanitation and safety regulations

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must be able to read, speak, and write English satisfactorily, bilingual a plus 
  • Previous experience operating a high-reach forklift in a warehouse or distribution environment
  • Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage inventory and warehouse transactions
  • At least 1 year of recent and successful experience performing the above functions in a significant manufacturing or warehouse/distribution environment. Prefer that such experience is in the food industry

Compensation:

  • $20.00/hour

Schedule:

  • Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
  • Start Time: 6:00pm - finish

Physical Demands:

  • Stand or walk for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Work in cold and wet cooler environment for extended periods of time
